My journey to self-awareness and transformation began when I went in search of relief from my own crippling anxiety and depression. My self-doubt corroded my joy and my impact. After finally realising that nothing would change unless I put the time and effort into changing, I studied yoga, meditation, philosophy, shamanism, and transpersonal psychology across the globe.
After spending 6 months in solitary meditation in the Himalayas and coming to peace with myself, I finally created habits and a mindset that not only healed me from my past but gave me the resilience I needed to combat stress, overwhelm, and the general challenges that life throws at us on a daily basis.
Emerging victoriously from a cocoon of shame, hurt, and struggle, I have since dedicated my life to helping others on the same journey. I founded Integrative Coaching with the goal of training people on self-mastery so that they can be the most successful versions of themselves.
With over 20 years of experience in helping to give others the tools to combat stress through meditation and self-awareness, I seek to teach others about meditation, the mind, and healthy stress-management practices.
